Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Corey Cloyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Pacquiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cloyde fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pacquiao avoids it really well and circles away.
Pacquiao throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cloyde takes one to the side of the head.
Cloyde tries for a takedown but Pacquiao sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cloyde keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pacquiao.
Cloyde slips a straight right by Pacquiao.
Nice takedown defense from Pacquiao. No joy for Cloyde on that attempt.

Pacquiao scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Pacquiao goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Cloyde changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pacquiao tries to avoid it but Cloyde manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pacquiao to the ground. Pacquiao escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Pacquiao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cloyde moves away.

Pacquiao throws a jab but it's blocked by Cloyde.
Manny Pacquiao is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cloyde is defended easily by Pacquiao.

Cloyde drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Cloyde is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pacquiao has escaped the position, nice work there.

Cloyde is trying to get an arm triangle but Pacquiao is defending well.

Cloyde thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Cloyde advances to mount.

Cloyde goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Pacquiao turns into him and now he's in Cloyde's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pacquiao throws a hook but Cloyde blocks it.

Pacquiao is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cloyde.

Cloyde drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Cloyde postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Pacquiao is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Cloyde, into his guard.

Pacquiao must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Pacquiao stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cloyde swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cloyde had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pacquiao defends it easily.

Cloyde escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pacquiao gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Pacquiao wants to control the pace but Cloyde is squirming around nicely.

Cloyde is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cloyde is staying active underneath Pacquiao, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Cloyde tries to roll over but Pacquiao keeps him under control.

A close second round but Manny Pacquiao will probably get the nod - 10:9.

The fighters circling - Pacquiao throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cloyde shoots in looking for a takedown. Pacquiao tries to sprawl out of it but Cloyde keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pacquiao manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pacquiao looks to land a left hand but Cloyde moved out of range nicely.
Cloyde shoots in for a double leg but Pacquiao sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Cloyde bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pacquiao works over Cloyde's head and body with a nice combination.
Pacquiao swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Manny Pacquiao is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Cloyde looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
