Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wilfred Laurier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laurier comes to the cage accompanied by Big Boi-ShutterBug. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price throws a sloppy head kick and Laurier moves out of range easily.
Laurier shoots in but no luck this time.

Price gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Price stalling in the clinch.
Price goes for a takedown attempt but Laurier pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Price throws a head kick but Laurier moves out of range.
Laurier looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Nice sprawl there from Price as Laurier shoots in.

Laurier has control of Price's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Price regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Price is desperately trying to improve his position but Laurier has a good base and remains in mount.

Laurier misses with a takedown attempt - Price sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Robert Price showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Price looking to sit in guard and control but Laurier gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Laurier sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Price's guard.

Robert Price comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Price has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
