Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow comes to the cage accompanied by Informer. Mark Snow has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Parker!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Snow fails with an attempt to clinch.
Snow tries to clinch there but Parker circles away.
No joy there for Parker, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Parker fails with an attempt to clinch.

Parker takes the fight into the clinch.
Snow tries a knee to the head but Parker blocks it.
Snow stalling against the cage.
Parker has Snow pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Snow manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Parker is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Mark Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Parker.

Parker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Snow clinches up against the cage.
Parker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snow is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Snow really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Parker drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Snow gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Snow unloads a knee to the mid-section. Parker lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Parker misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Snow.

Snow has clasped his hands together around Parker's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Parker tries to buck Snow off but Snow is having none of it.

Snow has hold of Parker's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Parker manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Snow looking to control but Parker is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Parker blocking the ground and pound.
Snow lands a nice shot to the head.
Snow will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Snow cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Parker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Parker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Parker postures up in Snow's guard and throws a big left but Snow blocks it.

Snow pushes Parker off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Parker throws a right hand that Snow ducks under and follows up with a left that Snow also avoids with ease.
Parker looks to clinch

and Snow counters by moving into the clinch.

Snow gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Snow looking to sit in guard and control but Parker gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Parker prevents Snow from getting back to his feet.

Snow utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Parker throws and elbow that misses. Snow uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Parker's guard. Nice move by Snow!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Snow shoots for a takedown but Parker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Parker gets a takedown into half guard.

Parker is working for a submission of some sort.
Parker wants to pass the guard but Snow is defending well.

Parker misses with a head shot. Snow uses the momentum to regain guard.
Parker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Snow swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Snow pushes Parker off and gets back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Parker leaves Snow with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Parker will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Snow closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Snow lands in his opponent's guard.

Snow shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Parker counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Snow's guard now.
Parker would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Snow wriggles free and stands up.

Snow throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Parker was covering up waiting for the punch and Snow finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Snow is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Parker is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Mark Snow is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Snow sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Parker's guard.
Snow is controlling the pace.

I think Snow has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
