Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Supko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Falls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Supko comes into the arena with HERE WE GOOOOO! blaring out of the sound system. Falls has chosen "Fat Bottom Girls" - Queen as his entrance music. Matt Falls has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ben Supko's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ben Supko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Falls!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falls misses with a takedown attempt - Supko sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Supko rushes Falls and presses him up against the cage.
Falls has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Supko avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Supko pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Falls shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Supko defends it nicely.
Ben Supko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Falls.

Supko manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Falls manages to get himself to full guard.
Supko won't allow Falls to get back to his feet.

Falls wriggles free and stands up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Supko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Falls.
Horrible takedown by Falls or perhaps it was just good defense by Supko which made him look bad.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ben Supko will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Falls throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Supko was covering up waiting for the punch and Falls finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Falls sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Supko's guard.
Supko has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Falls is working away from the top position though.

Falls slips a nice elbow through Supko's hands, connecting with Supko's forehead.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Supko is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Falls seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Supko does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Let's hope that Falls has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
