The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Iopniu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Stryker avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Iopniu might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Iopniu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stryker swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Iopniu is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stryker is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stryker has escaped and now he's on top!
Stryker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Iopniu controls Stryker momentarily but Stryker frees himself.

Iopniu is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Stryker is aware though and is defending well.

Stryker decides to stand back up. Stryker steps back and let's Iopniu get back to his feet.
Iopniu shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stryker but Stryker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Stryker scores with a one two! Iopniu had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Stryker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Iopniu's head backwards.
Iopniu could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Well Stryker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
