Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between billy bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcus Holt is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bob is trying hard to land a takedown here. Holt sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Holt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

bob had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Holt defends it easily.

bob looking for subs off his back but Holt has passed one foot through into half guard.
Holt is trying to control the action in half guard but bob is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
bob is looking to improve his position.

Holt is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
bob fails with the takedown

so Holt counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Holt passes bob's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Holt prevents bob from improving his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

bob looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
bob tries to roll over but Holt keeps him under control.

Holt moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from bob.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Holt scoring with punches and elbows.
bob gets back to half guard.
bob is looking to get back to full guard here but Holt has managed to pass to side control instead.
Holt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with bob. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Holt scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Holt manages to capitalize on a mistake by bob to take his back!
Holt is trying to stick to bob's back but bob is turning into Holt. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Holt's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by bob.

Holt pushes bob off and scrambles back to his feet.
bob misses with a body kick.
Holt shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. bob defends it nicely.
bob wants to clinch

and Holt counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Holt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

bob looking for a triangle here. Holt is fighting it but it looks tight! bob pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Holt is tapping out - this one is all over!
