Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Venser Soujourner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asbjoern Andersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Asbjoern Andersson!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soujourner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Andersson has control of Soujourner's left arm, preventing Soujourner from doing any damage.
Andersson wants to sweep here but Soujourner controlling him for the moment.
Soujourner is pushing down on Andersson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Andersson is fighting to maintain full guard but Soujourner has managed to sneak the leg through.
Andersson is looking for a sweep. Soujourner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Soujourner is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Andersson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Soujourner.
Soujourner is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Soujourner is trying to work for a kimura but Andersson is defending well.
Soujourner could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Soujourner trying to control the action but Andersson is working from the bottom.

Andersson won't allow Soujourner to pass to mount.
Andersson is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Soujourner wants to pass to mount but Andersson is defending the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Andersson rushes Soujourner and presses him up against the cage.
Soujourner turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Soujourner has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Andersson is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Soujourner yanks on the arm and Andersson is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Soujourner.
