Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gronk Groenhud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keast Kann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Groenhud comes into the arena with Sometime Lonely by Kelly Chen blaring out of the sound system. Gronk Groenhud has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kann looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Groenhud punching from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kann trying to control from half guard but Groenhud is working away.

Kann wants to work for an arm triangle but Groenhud is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Groenhud is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Groenhud is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kann's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kann's back!
Groenhud really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Groenhud has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Kann has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Groenhud is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Kann knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Kann for a finish.

Groenhud doesn't have the hooks in and Kann manages to turn into his guard.

Groenhud pushes a forearm under Kann's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kann is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
