Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Green closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Green lands in his opponent's guard.

Hernandez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Hernandez controls Green momentarily but Green frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hernandez lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Green!

Green is wriggling around trying to escape.

Hernandez is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Hernandez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A punch combination from Green misses.
Hernandez moves out of range of the strikes.

Hernandez gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hernandez lands an elbow that stopped Green in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Jason Green has been cut.

Hernandez keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Green's efforts to push away.
A frustrated look appears on Green's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hernandez comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Green fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Hernandez gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Hernandez jerks Green's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Green drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Hernandez goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Hernandez because Green was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
