Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BIZZ NESS!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Resnar!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
NESS is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Resnar.

It looks like BIZZ NESS has been cut.
NESS tries to move into range but Resnar moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
NESS misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Resnar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Resnar motions for NESS to come forward. Resnar throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
NESS tries for a takedown but Resnar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Resnar tries to clinch but NESS is having none of it.
Resnar tries to close the distance and clinch but NESS swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Resnar drives through and clinches with NESS against the cage.
Resnar is trying to break free.
Resnar wants to break free but NESS has control.

Resnar turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Resnar works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Resnar sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but NESS is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The strikes coming from Resnar are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Resnar throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Resnar landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.

BIZZ NESS's cut is getting worse.

NESS defending against the ground and pound.

Resnar misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
