Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosme Cosme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Gabriel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabriel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Get Out Of My Room. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gabriel shoots in and drives through. Cosme sprawls well.
Gabriel is looking to clinch.

Cosme decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Cosme is looking for submissions but instead, Gabriel has regained full guard.
Cosme wants to pass the guard but Gabriel is keeping the position.

Cosme is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Gabriel should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Cosme won't allow Gabriel to sweep him here.

Cosme drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gabriel manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cosme has Gabriel in his guard.

Cosme had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gabriel defends it easily.

Cosme is looking for a triangle but Gabriel pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gabriel wants to control from the top but Cosme keeps moving.

Gabriel got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cosme has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gabriel has managed to get both his arms back between Cosme's legs - danger averted.

Cosme escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gabriel gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Cosme manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gabriel manages to get himself to full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cosme has gone for a leg lock! Gabriel slips out almost immediately though and dives into Cosme's guard.
