Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Gerbolaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerbolaev closes the distance and clinches up with Parker, looking for a takedown. Gerbolaev pushes Parker against the cage but Parker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Parker tries to close the distance and clinch but Gerbolaev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Parker moves into the clinch successfully.
Parker misses with a knee strike.
Parker throws a knee to the head but misses.
Gerbolaev should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Gerbolaev gets control of Parker's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gerbolaev will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gerbolaev is on top in guard.

Gerbolaev got a little sloppy there for a moment and Parker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gerbolaev has managed to get both his arms back between Parker's legs - danger averted.
Parker wants to stand but Gerbolaev is controlling the position.

Gerbolaev is working Parker over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Gerbolaev throws and elbow that misses. Parker uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Gerbolaev's guard. Nice move by Parker!
