Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Spider Queen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brewster B (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Spider Queen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Brewster B!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
B lands a body shot.
B fails to land with a series of punches.
Queen throws a combination that misses
and B counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Queen moves in looking to clinch but B pushes him off.
Queen goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
B misses with an uppercut.
Queen takes a swing at B's ribcage but misses.
Queen misses with a body shot.
B bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
B slips a jab and a cross from Queen.
B works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Queen gets the takedown into side control.
Queen wants to lay and pray for a moment but B keeps working.
B regains half guard.
B works his way to full guard. Good work.

B had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Queen defends it easily.

Queen is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! B is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! B has escaped and now he's on top!
Queen is breathing heavily.

B trying to control the position from guard on top but Queen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

B decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Queen misses with a few strikes there.
Queen throws a head kick but B moves out of range.

Queen scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Queen trying to mount his opponent but B defends it.

Queen is looking for a kimura but B is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Queen to get the leverage.
B is looking for a sweep. Queen is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
B is trying to stand.

Queen thows a huge punch but B dodges it nicely.

B looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Queen trying to mount his opponent but B defends it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
B lands with a nice combination. Queen backs away looking to recover.


It looks like Spider Queen has been cut.
Queen smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
B looks to land a body kick but Queen moved away.
Queen misses with an uppercut. B saw that one coming.
B scores with a body shot.
An inside leg kick from Queen misses.
Queen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Queen throws a combination that misses
enabling B to counter with a crisp jab.
B fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Queen on the side of the head.
B lands a lovely overhand right.
B takes a swing at Queen's ribcage but misses.

Queen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract B.
A solid leg kick lands there for B.

B instigates a clinch.
B lands a nice uppercut.
B taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A body shot lands from B.
B holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Queen has had enough of the clinch but B keeps him there for the moment.
B digs a right hand underneath Queen's ribcage. Queen let out a lung full of air as it connected.
B leaning against his opponent.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Queen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as B walks away with a smile on his face. Queen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
B misses with the combination.
Queen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but B avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spider Queen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
B closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Queen checks a low kick from B.
B dodges the punch combination from Queen.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
B throws a body kick that misses.
B throws out a powerful jab.
Queen moves away from the strike by B.
Queen slips a jab from B.
Queen misses with a body shot.
B comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
B is looking to land body kicks.

B clinches.
B lands a body shot.
B lands a body shot.
Still in the clinch, B scores with a nice short uppercut.
Queen is looking to break free of the clinch but B has double underhooks.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Queen tries to score a body lock takedown but B shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
B pressing his opponent against the cage.

B manages to pull guard.
B seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brewster B dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Spider Queen's cut.
That's time! Queen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


B throws a series of punches but Queen avoids them all with ease.
A combination from Queen does no damage.

Queen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
B keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Queen's efforts to push away.
B pushes Queen back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Queen decides to pull guard.

B drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Queen dives on top into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Queen drops back looking for a leg! B is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and B manages to kick Queen off! Queen jumps back into B's guard.
B wants to stand up but Queen is controlling him.
B is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Queen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

B throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

B looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

B is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
B keeping moving, preventing Queen from controlling successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Queen tries to clinch up
and B counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Queen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but B was well out of range. Poor timing from Queen.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Queen misses with a wild combination.

B clinches with his opponent.
Queen wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

B pulls Queen into guard.
B has control of Queen's left arm, preventing Queen from doing any damage.
Queen trying to control but B is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
B is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Queen is controlling him.
Queen makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
B looking to hit a scissor sweep but Queen is one step ahead there.
B avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Queen is looking to work some ground and pound but B has wrist control.

B is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Queen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
B pivots, looking for a leg kick but Queen is out of range and B settles back down.
B misses with a leg kick
and Queen counters with a good, hard body kick but B shrugs it off.
B rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Queen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

enabling Queen to counter with a crisp jab.
Spider Queen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Queen is trying hard to land a takedown here. B sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
B lands a body shot.
B lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
B throws a jab but it's blocked by Queen.
A low kick from B misses
and Queen counters with a one-two to the body.
Queen takes one to the chin there.
B swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
B tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A slapping leg kick lands for B.
B lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by B.
B staying out of range there.
Queen stalks B and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into B's face. B staggers backwards, shaken.
B tries to work over Queen's front leg with a kick but Queen checks it.
B pushes Queen away with a front kick.
Left hook, right uppercut from B.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brewster B showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


B scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from B.
B tries to clinch there but Queen circles away.

B decides to pull guard.

B has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Queen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Queen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
B manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
B can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Queen is looking to escape.
Queen can't escape the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
B looking to control and managing it successfully.

B wants to finish this one by submission but Queen is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from B.
B trying to control but he's not successful this time.

B is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Queen has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Queen is desperately trying to improve his position but B has a good base and remains in mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Queen wants to control but B is having none of it.
B tries to control but Queen wriggling away.
B scoring with strikes but Queen is staying in there.
Queen tries to lock up and control but B gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Queen is desperately trying to improve his position but B has a good base and remains in mount.
Queen is working hard here to advance position.
Queen is squirming around, avoiding B's attempts to control the action.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Queen tries to get back to half guard but can't.

B looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
B is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Queen can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Brewster B is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
B tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Queen defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from B.
Queen tries to hold on but B postures up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Queen is trying to escape the mount.

Brewster B comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well B has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
