The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarbinov misses with a takedown attempt - Peters sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Peters throws a lazy right hand but Sarbinov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A head kick misses from Peters.
Peters looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Peters misses with a wild combination.
Sarbinov throws a left and a right that both miss
and Peters counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Sarbinov avoids the body shot from Peters.
Sarbinov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Peters tries to avoid it but Sarbinov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Peters to the ground. Peters escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Peters scores with a punch to the head.
Peters tests Sarbinov's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Yuri Sarbinov has been cut.
Sarbinov fails with an attempt to clinch.
Peters stuns Sarbinov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Sarbinov shoots for a takedown but Peters saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yuri Sarbinov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Peters scores with a leg kick.
Peters cracks Sarbinov with a right hand to the side of the head.
Peters lands an overhand right.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Peters throws a nice looking combination but Sarbinov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sarbinov takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Peters scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Sarbinov forces Peters back against the cage and clinches.
Peters lands an uppercut.
Sarbinov tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Peters stalling against the cage.

Peters escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

A cross from Peters lands.
Sarbinov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sarbinov with a lazy takedown attempt
and Peters counters with a three punch combo that has Sarbinov backing up. Sarbinov nods at Peters to acknowledge the strikes.

Sarbinov is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Peters knocks Sarbinov out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
