Petrov clinches up against the cage.

Petrov has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Zarubaylo uses from the top position.

Zarubaylo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Petrov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Petrov has escaped and now he's on top!
Zarubaylo looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Petrov puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Zarubaylo has his foot on Petrov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Petrov works his way back into a safe position though.

Zarubaylo is working to avoid the ground and pound but Petrov connects with a decent elbow.
Zarubaylo manages to get back to half guard.

Petrov has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Zarubaylo defend it? Petrov steps over the head and cranks it - Zarubaylo is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Petrov!
