Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and niyf niyf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

niyf closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
niyf stalling.
Jackson tries to roll over but niyf keeps him under control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jackson is staying active underneath niyf, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Jackson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. niyf stacks Jackson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by niyf!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

It looks like niyf niyf has been cut.
Jackson wants to control the pace but niyf is squirming around nicely.
niyf sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
niyf wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.
Jackson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but niyf does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That was a close second round but I would say that Harry Jackson will probably get the nod.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
niyf postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jackson looks a forlorn figure.

Jackson is bucking up trying to escape but niyf cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
