Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gonzo Bunga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tito cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). cruz has chosen yes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Bunga misses its intended target.
cruz throws a combination. Bunga tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Bunga scores a takedown into full mount!

Bunga is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but cruz is surviving well by controlling Bunga's body position as best he can.

Bunga has hold of cruz's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and cruz manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

cruz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bunga looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
cruz stalks Bunga and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bunga's face. Bunga staggers backwards, shaken.

Bunga feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well cruz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
