Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hertog Jan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amaury Grizz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hertog Jan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Amaury Grizz!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jan digs a good body shot into Grizz's ribs.
Jan ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Grizz takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Grizz. Grizz circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Amaury Grizz has been cut.
Jan clinches up with Grizz and pushes him back against the cage.
Grizz is working for takedown but Jan is calmly controlling the position for now.
Jan digs a right hand into Grizz's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Grizz's gas tank.
Grizz tries to pull guard but Jan holds him up against the cage and eventually Grizz drops back down to his feet.
Grizz goes for a takedown attempt but Jan pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hertog Jan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amaury Grizz.
Jan works Grizz's body with a nice hook.
Grizz looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jan clinches with his opponent.

Jan lands a body shot in the clinch.
Jan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Jan.
Grizz is rocked!

Grizz is still on wobbly legs! Can Jan finish him?
Jan lands a nice uppercut.
Jan lands with a short shot to the head.
Jan mutters something to Grizz before pushing him back against the cage. As Grizz comes back towards him, Jan unloads a hook from the very depths of hell that knocks Grizz clean out! Oh. My. God. That is some seriously brutal stuff right there! What a knockout!
