Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shissi Aren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Shissi Aren has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Shissi Aren seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aren takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Aren takes a swing at Santos's ribcage but misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Aren looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Santos swats away the attempt to clinch by Aren.

Aren fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Santos, pushing him back against the cage.
Santos fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Aren being controlled against the cage.
Aren looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Aren digs a right hand underneath Santos's ribcage. Santos let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Santos keeps control of Aren as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Santos is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
A knee to the head by Santos.
Santos landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Aren lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Santos - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Santos escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Aren closes the distance and pushes Santos back into the cage.
Santos putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Aren in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aren stalls.

Santos lands a left hand.
Santos misses with a knee to the head.

Santos breaks from the clinch.
Santos wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Aren is breathing heavily.
Santos turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Santos.
Santos connects with a looping right hand.

Santos drops Aren with a beautiful combination! Aren stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Santos is looking for the KO!

It looks like Shissi Aren has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Santos closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Aren! Santos dives in looking to finish! Aren is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
