Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between tony pitock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rampage jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). jackson has chosen right above it as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for tony pitock has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pitock misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

jackson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
jackson in side control, throwing shots but pitock defends.
jackson is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down pitock's shoulder. That is not cool.

jackson drops back looking for a leg! pitock is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and pitock manages to kick jackson off! jackson jumps back into pitock's guard.

jackson stands and throws pitock's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
jackson shoots in but no luck this time.
pitock shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and jackson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in pitock's guard now.

jackson stands and steps away. pitock gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and jackson counters with a shoot takedown. pitock fights it but they end up in guard.
jackson thows a big elbow that misses.
pitock will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
jackson wants to control from the top but pitock keeps moving.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

pitock is trying to work for a single leg takedown but jackson pulls him back up using the underhooks.
pitock has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. jackson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
pitock jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as jackson walks away with a smile on his face. pitock gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

jackson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in pitock's half guard.
pitock is trying to stand.

jackson stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

jackson stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows pitock to get to his feet.
pitock lands a nice looking kick to the body. jackson takes a step back to recover.
jackson throws a series of punches but pitock avoids them all with ease.
jackson misses with a head kick.

jackson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
pitock lands a head shot.

jackson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with pitock, pushing him back against the cage.
pitock wants to get back to striking at distance but jackson won't allow it.
pitock has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

jackson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed pitock clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
pitock tries to roll but jackson sticks to his back.
jackson controls the position.
pitock wants to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

jackson is striking well from the back but pitock escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
pitock tries to roll over but jackson keeps him under control.

rampage jackson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

pitock is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but jackson pulls his head out easily.
