Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Philip Dale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dale comes into the arena with Try A Little Tenderness blaring out of the sound system. Doe has chosen whatsername, and does she remember my name? as his entrance music. Doe has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Doe misses.
A shot to de liver by Dale. Beautiful body shot.
Dale pivots, looking for a leg kick but Doe is out of range and Dale settles back down.
Dale blocks a leg kick.
Dale throws a series of strikes that have Doe backpedaling.
Doe looks gassed!
Dale tries to clinch up.
Doe misses with a low kick.
A solid body kick from Dale.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dale lands a nice leg kick that just misses Doe's sensitive parts.
Dale fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dale comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Doe takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dale lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Dale throws a front kick that sends Doe stumbling back into the cage.
Doe takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dale takes a swing at Doe's ribcage but misses.
Dale comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Dale looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A left lands for Dale.
Dale thuds his right hand into Doe's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Dale punishes Doe's body with a nice straight punch.

Doe stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dale.
Jab by Dale.
Dale lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Dale doesn't manage to clinch there - Doe circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Doe 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Doe on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dale. Dale obviously looking to wear him down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dale scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Doe doesn't seem bothered though.
A chopping leg kick lands by Dale.
An inside leg kick lands from Dale.
Good standup being displayed there by Dale as he connects with a hook.
Dale moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Doe is rocked!
Doe stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dale.
Dale throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Doe takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Dale throws a good cross that connects.
Doe takes one on the button.
Doe on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Dale is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Dale cracks Doe with a good jab.
Doe is still on wobbly legs! Can Dale finish him?
Philip Dale is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dale cracks Doe on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Doe falls backwards against the cage. Dale follows up with more strikes that drop Doe to his knees. Dale keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Doe! This one is all over!
