Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zach Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zach Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan misses with a two punch combination.
Howell moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Josh Howell has been cut.
Howell misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Morgan.
Morgan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Howell to score with a decent uppercut.
Howell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Morgan.

Howell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Morgan walks away with a smile on his face. Howell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

No joy there for Howell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Morgan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Howell in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
