Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between juan sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taka Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshi shoots for a takedown but sanchez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Yoshi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
sanchez throws a head kick that half lands.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Yoshi works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
sanchez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
