Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Piotrowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinny Maggro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Maggro's choice of entrance music: 4th Chamber by GZA. Vinny Maggro has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maggro fails with a takedown attempt.
Piotrowski fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Maggro thumps Piotrowski with a low kick.
Maggro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Piotrowski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Maggro tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Piotrowski paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Maggro closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Piotrowski is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Maggro is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
