Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Fulton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Gerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gerra has chosen Queen - Another One Bites The Dust as his entrance music. Clark Gerra will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerra fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fulton avoids it really well and circles away.
Fulton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fulton wants it to stay on the feet.
Gerra fails with a takedown attempt.
James Fulton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clark Gerra.
Fulton throws a looping overhand right but Gerra ducks down to avoid it.

Gerra is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Gerra gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Gerra gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Gerra apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Gerra is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Fulton is defending well though. Gerra let's go of the attempt for now.
Fulton is trying to get back to his feet but Gerra has full control of the position and if anything, Fulton has just worked his way into a worse spot.
