Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Carrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Durden's choice of entrance music: Blitzkrieg Bop. Tyler Durden has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carrow looks to land a right hand but Durden moved out of range.
Durden throws a right and a left that both miss.
A decent looking cross lands there for Carrow.
Durden throws a series of punches but Carrow moves out of range.
Durden misses with an uppercut.
Carrow thows a left - swing and a miss!
Durden sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Durden moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Carrow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Durden.

Durden dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A big left from Durden misses.

Durden blocks a low kick nicely.
Carrow moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Carrow throws a hook but Durden avoids it easily.
Durden gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Durden throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Durden walks into a stiff left hand from Carrow.

Carrow shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Durden keeping moving, preventing Carrow from controlling successfully.

Carrow drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Carrow jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Carrow looking to sit in guard and control but Durden gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Carrow working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Durden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Durden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Carrow is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Durden is looking to stand up but Carrow won't let him.

Carrow throws his legs up looking for a submission but Durden uses it to pass to side control.
Carrow is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Durden takes a little break here. Carrow wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Carrow uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Durden.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Durden, as that shot connected.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Durden fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Carrow wants to control but Durden is keeping him busy.
Durden tries to buck Carrow off but Carrow is having none of it.

Carrow has an Americana. Durden didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Carrow is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Carrow hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
