Soler gets a takedown into half guard.
Soler works his foot free and advances to mount.
Backlund wants to hold on but Soler pushes him away.

Backlund tries to lock up and control but Soler gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Soler looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Soler is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Backlund to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Backlund shrugs it off.

Soler is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Backlund is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Backlund flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Soler anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Backlund and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Soler slips an arm under Backlund chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Soler has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Soler is squeezing on Backlund like an anaconda would it's prey. Backlund fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
