Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wes Weddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angus Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weddle comes to the cage accompanied by remember the name - fort minor. Young has chosen AC/DC - Live Wire as his entrance music. Wes Weddle had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young looks to land a left hand but Weddle moved out of range nicely.
Young tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Weddle jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Young walks away with a smile on his face. Weddle gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Weddle chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Young can pounce on him.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Young takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Young slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Weddle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Young - the referee stops the clock and Weddle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Young. Weddle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
