Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Willy Wonder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Machin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wonder's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Voodoo Child. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wonder is fending him off so far but Machin persists. Nope, Wonder circles away and we're back to standing.
Machin slips a jab from Wonder.
Machin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wonder as he avoids it easily.
Wonder swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Machin wants to clinch.
Machin shoots for a takedown but Wonder saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Willy Wonder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Machin.
Machin thows a body shot but no joy.
Wonder just misses with a punch to the body.
Machin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Machin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Wonder kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Wonder avoids the head kick by Machin.
Wonder lands with a straight right. Machin didn't see that one coming.
Wonder loads up on a big right hand but Machin slips the punch.
Wonder scores with a decent looking hook.
Machin dives in and grabs Wonder's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wonder pushes down on Machin's head and hops out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Machin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wonder will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Machin tries to clinch but Wonder moves out of range.
Wonder slaps away a takedown attempt from Machin, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Wonder tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Machin was well out of range. Poor timing from Wonder.
Machin takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Wonder is looking to wear down Machin with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Machin is just content to waste time from the top position. Wonder takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Machin wants to control from the top but Wonder keeps moving.

Machin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Wonder is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Machin, into his guard.

Machin isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Wonder stacks Machin on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Wonder!

Machin parries the strikes from Wonder easily there. Wonder is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Machin to escape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Machin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wonder pulls his leg out and moves away.
Wonder scores with a hook to the body. Machin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wonder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Machin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Machin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wonder as he jumps to the side.

Wonder throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Machin dodges the punch combination from Wonder.
Wonder leaves Machin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Machin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

enabling Wonder to counter with a crisp jab.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Machin wants to clinch up but Wonder keeps it at a distance.

Machin shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wonder napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Wonder tries to buck Machin off but Machin is having none of it.

Machin goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wonder has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Machin but great work by Wonder.
Machin can't do much from the bottom here.
A lull in the action here as Wonder stalls from top position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wonder, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
