Dyer feints a jab and as OBrien dips his head, Dyer unleashes a brutal head kick that catches OBrien right on the jaw! Timbeeer! OBrien falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Dyer smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
