The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong avoids the head kick by Silva.
Bong throws a lazy head kick
and Silva counters with a leg kick.
Silva misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Bong shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A punch lands to the side of Bong 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Tapp Sum Bong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Bong throws a right and a left that Silva avoids nicely.
Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bong closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Silva is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Silva can't break the clinch.

Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Bong swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Bong looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Silva lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Silva tests Bong's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Silva steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bong.
Bong doesn't manage to clinch there - Silva circles away.
Bong rushes Silva and presses him up against the cage.
Bong stalling in the clinch.
Silva is trying to break free.
Bong lands an elbow just above Silva 's eye.
Bong keeps control of Silva as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bong breaks from the clinch.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bong has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
Bong with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Bong looking to throw knees to the head but Silva is blocking nicely.
Bong manages to break the clinch.
Bong shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silva as he jumps to the side.
Silva throws a front kick that sends Bong stumbling back into the cage.
Bong listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Bong throws a right and a left that Silva avoids nicely.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva clinches with his opponent.
Silva misses with a knee to the head.
Bong crunches a lovely knee into Silva's ribcage.
Bong misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Silva.
Silva is trying to break free.
Bong escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Silva circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Bong. Silva falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Bong!
