PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Bautista (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rambo has chosen Basic Thugonomics as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo lands with a right hand.
Bautista looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rambo is fending him off so far but Bautista persists. Nope, Rambo circles away and we're back to standing.
Bautista fails in his attempt to clinch.

Dave Bautista's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bautista walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rambo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Bautista shoots in for a takedown but Rambo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Rambo instigates a clinch.

Rambo is trying to trip Bautista. He has hold of a leg but Bautista is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Rambo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Dave Bautista's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Rambo trying to control the position from guard on top but Bautista is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rambo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bautista kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
