Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Lacroix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heywood Jablowme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jablowme has chosen hells bells as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lacroix darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Lacroix is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jablowme sees it coming and defends easily.
Lacroix with the ground and pound but Jablowme uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Jablowme is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lacroix tries to roll over but Jablowme keeps him under control.
The fighters are battling for position here. Lacroix manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lacroix is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jablowme's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jablowme's back!

Jablowme lands a big head kick that sends Lacroix tumbling to the mat! Jablowme takes a step backwards and waves Lacroix back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Heywood Jablowme seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jablowme lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Lacroix crumples to the floor! Jablowme milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
