Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, David Steadman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, John Bone!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone tries to move into range but Steadman moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Steadman scores with a takedown into Bone's guard.
Steadman is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Bone controlling Steadman's posture.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Steadman's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Bone not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Steadman tries to stand but Bone is controlling from the bottom.
Bone managing to control the position.
Steadman looking to pass the guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bone can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bone is controlling Steadman's posture.
Steadman wants to stand but Bone is controlling his posture from full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Steadman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bone looking to control but Steadman passes into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David Steadman dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Bone dodges the punch combination from Steadman.
Steadman fails to land with a series of punches.
Bone tries to clinch up but Steadman circles away and keeps his distance.
David Steadman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Steadman lands a two punch combo.
Steadman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Steadman connects with a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Bone holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Bone escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Steadman drops Bone with a beautiful combination! Bone stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Steadman is looking for the KO!


Bone is rocked!


It looks like John Bone has been cut.
David Steadman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bone is breathing heavily.
Steadman ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Bone out cold! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Steadman!
