The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Morozov looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Morozov slips a straight right by Smith.
Morozov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Smith was well out of range. Poor timing from Morozov.
Morozov misses with a wild body shot.

Smith darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Smith not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Morozov is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Morozov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Smith's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Smith's back!

Smith is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
I really don't envy Smith right now.

Morozov looking to break Smith's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Smith remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Morozov will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Smith wants to hold on but Morozov pushes him away.

Morozov has hold of Smith's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Smith manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Morozov tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Morozov stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Morozov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Smith defends well.
Smith throws and elbow that misses. Morozov uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Smith's guard. Nice move by Morozov!

That was a close round but I would say that Paavo Smith will probably get the nod.

Morozov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.
Andrei Morozov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smith avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Morozov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Morozov which made him look bad.

Morozov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Morozov fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smith checks it well.
Andrei Morozov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Smith scores a takedown into full mount!
Smith breaks from Morozov's wrist control and lands an elbow.
BOOM! Smith connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Smith goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Morozov turns into him and now he's in Smith's guard.

Smith controls Morozov momentarily but Morozov frees himself.
Morozov is pushing down on Smith's leg trying to pass to half guard. Smith is fighting to maintain full guard but Morozov has managed to sneak the leg through.
Smith makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Smith.
Morozov advances position into side control!
Smith wants to control but Morozov postures up.
Morozov tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Morozov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Smith knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Morozov wants to stand but Smith is controlling his arm.
Smith manages to work his way to half guard, despite Morozov's best efforts.
Smith gets back to full guard.
Smith is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Smith is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Morozov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Morozov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Smith to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Morozov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Smith pulls down on the head and he's put Morozov to sleep! This one is all over!
