The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Liddell looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Liddell tries to clinch up.

Doido stuffs the takedown attempt from Liddell. Liddell gets slowly back to his feet.
Liddell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Doido circles away quickly and effectively.
Liddell is looking to clinch.
Liddell fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Liddell just misses with a punch to the body.
Doido moves away from the strike by Liddell.
Liddell lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The fighters circling - Liddell throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Doido checks a low kick from Liddell.
Horrible takedown by Doido or perhaps it was just good defense by Liddell which made him look bad.

Liddell tries to improve his position but Doido has taken his back! Doido has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Liddell tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Doido pushes Liddell away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
