Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Skylor Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergai Poujanofski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is God's gonna cut you down. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Skylor Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Sergai Poujanofski!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith misses with a two punch combination.
Smith shoots for a takedown but Poujanofski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Smith gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Poujanofski drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Smith dives on top into guard.

Poujanofski scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Smith throws a series of punches but Poujanofski moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Smith looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Poujanofski shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Poujanofski goes for an armbar but Smith turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Smith.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Poujanofski holds on and takes a little breather.

Smith misses with a takedown

and Poujanofski counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Smith!

Poujanofski is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Smith has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Smith!

Poujanofski has his foot on Smith's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Smith works his way back into a safe position though.

Sergai Poujanofski showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Smith uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
