The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vendetti drops Morozov with a big left hand and mounts him. Morozov is in big trouble!

It looks like Vladamir Morozov has been cut.
Morozov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Vendetti can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Morozov is looking to escape.

Vendetti moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Morozov has worked his arm free - good work by Morozov!
Vendetti throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Vendetti is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Morozov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Vendetti wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Morozov, who protects the arm well.

Vendetti tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Vendetti has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Vendetti throws a strike aimed at the side of Morozov's head but Morozov avoids it well.

Vendetti has hold of Morozov's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Morozov tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Vendetti cranks the arm and Morozov screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Morozov, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
