The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanovic misses with a double jab.
Nice sprawl there from Ivanovic as Rua shoots in.
Ivanovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Rua shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ivanovic as he jumps to the side.
Rua changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ivanovic tries to avoid it but Rua manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ivanovic to the ground. Ivanovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ivanovic slaps away a takedown attempt from Rua, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ivanovic lands a big head kick that sends Rua tumbling to the mat! Ivanovic takes a step backwards and waves Rua back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ivanovic connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Rua to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Ivanovic!
