The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Himura is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Himura is pulling down on Iliyev's head. It's preventing any offense from Iliyev, at least for the moment.
Iliyev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Iliyev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Iliyev is looking for a kimura but Himura is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Iliyev to get the leverage.
Iliyev decides to stand and escape the position.
Iliyev tries for a takedown but Himura circles away easily
and Himura counters with a takedown into side control.
Himura wants to control but Iliyev is keeping him busy.
Himura is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Himura wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Iliyev, who protects the arm well.
Iliyev is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Himura off and has taken his back!
Iliyev has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Himura is in real trouble here. Iliyev gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Himura is tapping out! Iliyev wins by rear naked choke!
