Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antti Atleetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atleetti has chosen Beyonce - Halo as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright is looking to land body kicks.
Atleetti is looking to clinch but Wright is avoiding it.
Atleetti throws a right hand that Wright ducks under and follows up with a left that Wright also avoids with ease.

Atleetti shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wright is trying to stand up here but Atleetti is controlling him well.
Atleetti seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wright does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Atleetti stops Wright from getting back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Atleetti lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wright circles away quickly and effectively.
Atleetti tries to clinch but Wright is having none of it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Atleetti shoots in for a takedown but Wright shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wright throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wright lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Atleetti looks gassed!
Wright lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Wright is looking to land body kicks.
A head kick misses from Wright.

Wright lands a big head kick that sends Atleetti tumbling to the mat! Wright takes a step backwards and waves Atleetti back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Atleetti is rocked!
Wright thuds his shin into the meat of Atleetti's side.
Atleetti is still on wobbly legs! Can Wright finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wright lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Atleetti is looking to close the distance but Wright sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Atleetti crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Atleetti is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
