Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anthony Twist!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Twist closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Twist lands in his opponent's guard.
de Jong wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Twist manages to pass to side control.
Twist thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed de Jong's head.
de Jong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Twist on the ground.
de Jong is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Well, if Twist is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
de Jong is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Twist scores with a couple of nice shots.
Twist sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. de Jong defending well though.
de Jong is trying to get back to full guard.
Twist moves into full mount! de Jong won't be happy about that!

de Jong tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Twist controlling his opponent.
de Jong is looking to improve his position but Twist isn't that keen on the idea.
de Jong wants to hold on but Twist pushes him away.
Twist controlling the position easily from mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Twist working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
de Jong wants to control but Twist is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Twist dominating with strikes here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Twist avoids the attempt from de Jong to control.
Twist controlling the pace for now.
Twist pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Nigel de Jong has been cut.
Twist looking to control and managing it successfully.
Twist lands a heavy elbow.
Nigel de Jong's cut is getting worse.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Nigel de Jong's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
