Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kain Veldspar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trujillo comes into the arena with Welcome to the Jungle blaring out of the sound system. This should be a great matchup!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeff Trujillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kain Veldspar!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veldspar fails to land the takedown.

Veldspar closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Trujillo to the mat! Trujillo manages to get full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
