Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glass Bong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Lacey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lacey has chosen Motley Crue - Wild Side as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Steve Montenegro and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lacey throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bong was covering up waiting for the punch and Lacey finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lacey lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
BOOM! Lacey connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Lacey cracks Bong with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Lacey is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bong has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Bong is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lacey lands with some strikes.
Bong bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Lacey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bong drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bong jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lacey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Lacey pushes Bong off and scrambles back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lacey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bong's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Glass Bong will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Bong lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lacey closes the distance and clinches up with Bong, looking for a takedown. Lacey pushes Bong against the cage but Bong circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lacey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
