The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Visigoth shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pattison manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Visigoth lands a couple of digs.
Visigoth tries to free his leg and advance position but Pattison is retaining full guard.
Visigoth advances to half guard.
Pattison keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Visigoth throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Pattison is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Visigoth scores with a couple of nice shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pattison tries to get to full guard but Visigoth has control of the leg.
