Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazashi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wray swivels and escapes.
A clash of legs there as Hazashi blocks the low kick.
Hazashi has a takedown stuffed.
Hazashi tries to close the distance and clinch but Wray swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wray stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wray wants it to stay on the feet.
El Wray has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hanzo Hazashi.
Hazashi fails with a takedown attempt.
Wray leaves Hazashi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wray misses with an uppercut. Hazashi saw that one coming.
Hazashi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Wray drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wray is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Wray might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hazashi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Wray lands a couple of elbows.
Hazashi is trying to keep Wray in close.
Wray seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Wray works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Wray working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Wray scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Hazashi is looking to control Wray's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hazashi avoid being mounted?
Hazashi looks gassed!
Wray lands strikes from half guard.

It looks like Hanzo Hazashi has been cut.
Wray is pressing down on Hazashi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hazashi is holding on for now.
Wray passes to full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hazashi really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Hazashi is rocked!

The cut above Hanzo Hazashi's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Wray loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Hazashi scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Wray land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Wray stands and salutes the crowd.
