Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dre Battle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battle scores with a shot to the body.
Hansen feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Battle's calf.
Hansen slips a straight right by Battle.
Battle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Battle connects with the punch.
Hansen throws a nice inside leg kick.
Battle lands with a good body shot.
Battle works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Battle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hansen moves away from the strike by Battle.
Battle tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Battle throws a body punch but Hansen moves out of range.
Dre Battle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Battle throws the left hand but Hansen avoids the punch easily.
A combination from Hansen does no damage.

Hansen jabs at Battle's body.
Hansen takes one to the side of the head.
Hansen pushes Battle away with a front kick.
Battle is breathing heavily.
Hansen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Hansen lands with a kick to the temple. Battle shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
A decent looking body kick lands there for Hansen.
Hansen buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Hansen.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hansen digs a good hook to Battle's body.
An inside leg kick lands from Hansen.
Hansen lands a big head kick that sends Battle tumbling to the mat! Hansen takes a step backwards and waves Battle back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Battle is rocked!
Hansen throws a shot to the body.
Oh Battle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hansen scoring well with a low kick there.
Battle seems to have got his legs back now.
Hansen throws a head kick but Battle moves out of range.
Hansen scores with a kick to the midsection.
Hansen cracks Battle with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hansen has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Battle to stand back up!
Hansen throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Battle crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
