PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dick Destruction (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kjell Brel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Destruction comes to the cage accompanied by Alone At The Landfill, Cattle Decapitation. On his way into the cage it seems that Dick Destruction has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dick Destruction seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destruction misses with a double jab.

Destruction forces Brel back against the cage and clinches.

Brel pulls guard.

Brel throws his legs up looking for a submission but Destruction uses it to pass to side control.
Destruction trying to control the action but Brel is working from the bottom.
Brel manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Brel is tying to control. Destruction wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Destruction keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Destruction changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Brel looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Brel is trying to control Destruction's posture but Destruction avoids it.

Brel tries to bench press Destruction off him but Destruction keeps the position.
Brel is letting Destruction control him for a moment.
Destruction lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Destruction creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Brel manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Destruction manages to get himself to full guard.

Brel is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Destruction has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Brel goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Destruction turns into him and now he's in Brel's guard.

Destruction is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Brel has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Destruction is looking to defend but Brel has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Destruction! Brel pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Destruction taps out and this one is all over!
