PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sho Stoppa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Milgis Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Sho Stoppa has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sho Stoppa seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Milgis Jr gets the takedown into side control.
Milgis Jr connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Stoppa some visible discomfort.
Milgis Jr working away.
Stoppa tries to improve position but can't.
Stoppa is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Milgis Jr off and has taken his back!

Stoppa gets to his feet. Milgis Jr looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Stoppa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Milgis Jr has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Milgis Jr and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Stoppa wants to clinch up but Milgis Jr keeps it at a distance.
Stoppa is looking to clinch but Milgis Jr is avoiding it.

Milgis Jr looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Stoppa!
Stoppa is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

And that's the end of the fight!
Sho Stoppa showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Milgis Jr has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
