Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tank Jardine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piralli Cicci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jardine misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Cicci shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jardine napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Cicci tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cicci has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jardine tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cicci wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Jardine misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Cicci decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jardine to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cicci looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Cicci counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jardine's guard now.

Jardine controls Cicci momentarily but Cicci frees himself.
Jardine wants to sweep but no luck.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Cicci darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jardine lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Cicci!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Cicci is trying desperately to improve position.
Jardine knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cicci on the ground.

Cicci keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jardine's head.

Cicci drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Cicci seems to have locked his on tight now - Jardine screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Cicci, as he picks up the win!
